We keep our classes small to stay connected. Please find our schedule below.

It’s simple. Just bring yourself

No experience needed

Whether you’re a beginner or practice regularly, all levels are welcome.

Mats and blocks provided

Mats and blocks are provided, but please feel free to bring yours along if you’d prefer.

Open-air shala

Our outdoor shala brings you closer to nature, with a roof to keep you sheltered so you can practice whatever the weather.

Grown from humble beginnings.
Breathe in. Breathe out.

Before you book

Do I need yoga experience?

No. Our teachers guide every pose and meet you where you are, first timers are welcome.

What should I bring?

Just comfortable clothes and water. Mats and blocks are provided at no extra cost, though you are welcome to bring your own.

What if it rains?

Our open-air shala has a roof, so you stay sheltered and class runs whatever the weather.

How do I pay?

Payment is made online when you book, through GCash, GoTyme or card. That is what reserves your mat, so we are not able to hold a place for payment on arrival.

How late can I book?

Booking stays open until 15 minutes before class starts. If you miss the cutoff, you are very welcome at the next session.

What if my plans change?

Payments are non-refundable, but plans do change. Message us on WhatsApp and we will move you to another class.

How early should I arrive?

Ten minutes before your class time is perfect. That gives you time to settle in, set up your mat, and meet your teacher before we begin.

Please read before booking. Our classes are general movement and wellbeing sessions. They are not medical care, and they do not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. If you are managing an injury, a recent surgery, a pregnancy or a medical condition, please speak with a doctor or a licensed physiotherapist first, and tell your teacher before class begins so they can adjust what you do.
